Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman / Punch List Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing warranty issues, performing punch list work, and ensuring that our homes meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of new homes to identify and address any issues before final walkthroughs.
• Perform punch list work, including minor repairs, touch-ups, and adjustments to ensure homes are completed to our high standards.
• Respond to warranty requests from homeowners in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain detailed records of all warranty and punch list activities.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure clear understanding and resolution of issues.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in residential construction, home maintenance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of home systems, and carpentry.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are a plus.
